Delete your Xs vs Os account

This is how to delete your account in Xs vs Os, the game by DTM at www.xsvos.com and in the Xs vs Os apps for Android and iOS.

How to ask

1. Email admin@dtmautomations.com from the email address you use to sign in.
2. Use the subject Delete my Xs vs Os account, and put your username in the message.
3. We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm. If the email didn't come from the address on the account, we'll ask you to confirm another way first.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address, password and username
• Your profile, characters, tokens and their history, ratings, and campaign and puzzle progress
• Your games and moves, including your opponents' copies of those games
• Your chat messages, tournament entries and notification subscriptions

What is kept, and for how long

• A record that the account was deleted: the username, when, and how many tokens and games it had. It doesn't include your email address.
• Database backups made before the deletion, until they expire after 30 days.
• Server error logs that may contain your account ID, until they expire after 30 days.
